מרכיבים ל-5 ליטר בירה:

1. רכז לתת נוזלי חיטה – 0.75 קילו

2. לתת ארומטי 45 – 0.065 קילו

3. לתת וינה – 0.125 קילו

4. לתת קרפילס – 0.125 קילו

5. שמרים פרמנטיס 05-US

6. זעתר – 2 גרם (לבקבוק)

7. כשות זיתוס – 25 גרם (15 לבישול, 10 לדריי הופינג)

8. דקסטרוז – 17 גרם

בישול: תאור לוחות זמנים להוספת מרכיבים בזמן שעת הרתיחה:

דקה: 5 – 5 גרם כשות

דקה: 10 – 5 גרם כשות

דקה: 45 – 5 גרם כשות

DRY HOPPING

לאחר הפרדה מהמשקעים, הוספת 10 גרם כשות

בקבוק:

17 גרם של dextrose לגיזוז; 2 גרם זעתר
